DevLog: 4 Fixed Background and kinda fixed Enemies

Hello everyone! In this Update I was able to get the repeating background fixed to that it actually work! Its not a smooth repeat but that's not that high on my priority list so it can be fixed later on. 

I was able to complete some enemy placeholders and i thought I wrote the right script but they wont will the player on collision (ToT)  But Trust!, i will get that fixed as soon as possible!
