DevLog: 3 Stuff is Movin

Hello you guys! i wasnt able to work on my game yesterday due to some life stuff so I don't have alot done and im a little behind lol..... but so far ive been working on making the background waves move and I fixed my enemy spawner...kinda... I still gotta fix how the dolphin's placeholder spawns, BUT thats a job for tommorow me lol.
